[00:00:00] Speaker A: You think you know how the world works. It's heaven. And now do we perceive? Yes.
[00:00:07] Speaker B: What if I told you the reality.
[00:00:10] Speaker A: You know is one of many? You still.
[00:00:14] Speaker B: Only.
[00:00:16] Speaker A: This doesn't make any sense. Not everything does.
Not everything has to.
Welcome to the end of your life. And I promise it's going to hurt.
What's going on? Ladies and gentlemen, it is the Midwest anime show with your boy Dion in the building with my man, Mister Conspiracy. We gonna call this throwback Wednesdays. Cause it's the primetime crew. You know, we got other co hosts, but this is. These are the ogs, the original gangsters for the podcast on the show today. So with that being said, mister conspiracy, how you feeling? Today is just me and you rocking the mic. What's going on in your world, sir? Ready for this or what? I don't believe that there is any explanation for this right here.
[00:01:08] Speaker B: You know, since, you know, it's the originals. It's the original ogs, baby. I had to throw that out there, man. Cause they need to know, you know, today's been a great day. Today's podcast day. And the show that we have for y'all is going to be amazing because of the topic. D o c, man, I want to get into this topic, baby. Go ahead and let the people know.
[00:01:30] Speaker A: Well, today roundtable is going to be about that time I got reincarnated as a slime. So with that being said, I'm going to let Mister conspiracy have he have his moment to go ahead and tell us about it because I love the show, too. So, I mean, there's a lot to talk about. So go ahead, conspiracy. I. Oh, you know what? Before we typically don't do this, I said it at the end of the show, you know, but, like, subscribe and comment. Now, while this is going on, though, I'm not waiting no more. Trying to get y'all to go ahead and get locked in now anyway. Mister conspiracy. Oh, spoiler alerts. If you ain't seen this show at all, I don't know how you missed it, but if you haven't, gonna be a lot of spoilers. So please don't come for us in the comments. We ruined something for you. That's been out for years. That's not our fault. We blame you. So anyway, conspiracy, what you got for us, man?
[00:02:22] Speaker B: I'm in everything. Hopefully, you beat maker. I'm ruining everything. I'm going to go that deep. Um, but that time I got reincarnated as a slime is probably in my top three when it comes to anime. Started off as a web novel, then went to a light novel, and then became a manga and then an anime. Long story short. For the actual summary, it actually starts off with the regular human. His name is, uh, I think it's Mikami Saruto, I believe is how you pronounce that. And so he's basically a 37 year old salesman, and he is. His life is ran, and he's bullied by everyone in his life, talking from regular citizens on the street, random strangers to his coworkers to his boss. And one night, his boss forces him to take over all of his work. And he works really late at night. I think he gets out of there around, like, 03:00 a.m. in the morning. When he comes out, he sees someone actually being attacked and being robbed. He decides out of nowhere, he's a shut in. He doesn't do anything but work, so he doesn't go to the gym, anything like that. He decides, oh, man, I'm going to play hero. He decides to help this person out, and what ends up happening is that the robber ends up stabbing him, and he dies, and he wakes up, and he gets reincarnated into this, this fantasy world, and he gets reincarnated as a slime. When he first gets reincarnated, he can't speak. He can only think. He can't speak or anything. He doesn't have any vocal cords, anything like, they don't. He doesn't have a vocal box, so he can only think telepathically, and he has no abilities. He's just a slime. And then he realizes what actually happened to him, and so he's just bouncing around, moving along, trying to figure out what he's going to do as a slime in this world. Well, that's when his adventure actually starts. He's in this place. I forgot the actual name of the forest, but it's basically the forest of the legendary dragon Veldora.
And no one enters this domain because it's under the protection of the legendary dragon Veldora. Well, Vedra is actually trapped in this seal within the forest. No one knows this. He's inside of this cave, trapped in the seal. No one knows that he's actually trapped or how long he's gonna live, anything like that. They just know that he's still alive because all of his energy and aura can be filled throughout the forest. Once you enter his domain. Well, the slime has no idea what's going on. He answers the cave, and he realizes, oh, there's a bunch of monsters. I have to be able to protect myself. He realizes then he has the ability to basically eat monsters and take over their abilities and their attributes and their characteristics. So he does this, and he gains ability every time he fights. And then he gets a new ability, and eventually he eats a bat and he gets a sound wave vocal box that allows him to be able to actually speak and talk now. And long story short, he actually meets Velder of the dragon in the seal. They have a long conversation. They become basically best friends. And that's how he gains the name Rimuru Tempest, because the dragon names him. And that's when he gained the abilities of a true, not a legendary monster, but like an, a monster. Like, if the dragons that SS class, then Rimuru becomes like an A class in the beginning when the dragon names him the special ability monsters have, actually, other people have it too. If you're strong enough, if you name a monster or name someone that doesn't have a name and you name them and you're stronger than them, then they, you can basically grant them power and abilities.
So what ends up happening is that he ends up learning what's going on in the forest, not so much the work. And he wants to basically understand and get to know how the world works, and he wants to be able to live properly as a slime. And his adventure starts and he comes along and he runs into this.
[00:06:35] Speaker A: Uh, yeah, I think you, I think you bypassed an important, important part.
[00:06:41] Speaker B: I want to give you a chance to, you know, go ahead and fill in some gaps.
[00:06:45] Speaker A: No, no, no, I'll get there. You'll say, go ahead. No, go ahead. Because I think it's an important thing that he used. The one skill he has is the predator skill.
[00:06:54] Speaker B: That's what I said.
[00:06:56] Speaker A: And it allowed him to take eat the storm dragon until his. I. What is it called?
Yeah, because, yeah, because the storm dragon was like. He's like, hey, because of my skill. Raphael. It's not Raphael at the beginning. That's.
[00:07:13] Speaker B: No, not at the beginning.
[00:07:14] Speaker A: I think it's just, I forget what it's called, but basically tells him, hey, if we basically keep him in your stomach, in this parallel world beside your stomach, I'll be able to work on breaking the seal. Basically. That's all I wanted to say.
[00:07:27] Speaker B: I just wanted people to watch the show, man. I didn't want to give away all the Easter eggs, brother.
[00:07:31] Speaker A: You know, listen, they should be watching the show regardless.
[00:07:38] Speaker B: So the story picks up when he runs into the goblins who are being hunted down by these wolves.
And so what transpires that he, he saves the goblin village. And that's when his true adventure begins. He becomes the leader of the goblin village. And then he starts to basically grow the village. And when he takes on new adventures, he meets new, new creatures. His village starts to grow, expand and develop, and then he goes on more journeys. And that's where the story really takes off. So for people who are watching it start reading the manga, it goes really, really deep. Hopefully they get to the end. It is very amazing. We will get to a couple of that, more information about that later. But I want DLC to go ahead and give his take on that.
[00:08:26] Speaker A: Man, I have to say, it's, at first, when I heard the title of this, I thought it was so stupid because, you know, we got a lot of isekais where they're reincarnating. I mean, and this is before, like, people reincarnating as bath water vending machines.
Spiders, pigs. Pigs, yeah, all kind of fish, you know, all kind of weird stuff. Like, this was the first time I was like, you got Isekai something other than a human. And I was like, what this? Because every time they perpetrate slime and manga, they're like, they're either super op because they got these skills you can't imagine or they're really crappy and they can be beat by you kicking them. Depends on what manga you're looking at. So it's like two extremes. So this happens to follow before they got those extremes. I think this is the reason why they got those extremes. Because his slime ability at first is just like, oh, the predator skill. But then when you see he can mimic and he gains their abilities, then it's like, oh, man. Well, you got the ultimate cheat skill, that predator skill. And so I would say, like, it's a very unique isekai in the way where you got a dude who goes from a, you know, like you said, basically a corporate slave to basically, he basically ends up running a town, you know, and tries to live a peaceful life. And he doesn't want to, he doesn't want to fight with humans. He doesn't want to be in conflict with humans. He, because he was formerly a human, so he wants to coexist with monsters and humans, you know, and he's trying to live out. I mean, I guess the best way I think of him is, you know, for this particular manga or anime, he's basically like Professor X. I mean, I mean, in all reality, he's basically like Professor X where he's like, listen, we can coexist. We don't have to fight with each other. You know, we can exist. And I think that's the cool part, because usually when they're super op, they're usually super cocky or they're not very cocky at all. He actually understands how strong he is, and he doesn't hesitate. If he has to be, you know, real terrible to people, he'll do it, you know, or if he needs to show somebody mercy. And I think he's the best of both worlds because I hate that the protagonist, who's all, who's super op, but he's like, oh, I'm so humble. I don't, you know, no, I'm not gonna do that. You know, I really don't like that version of the protagonist. I like the protagonist like him, who's like, yeah, I got this power. I'm just trying to live. And people keep. Stuff keeps happening that causes me to have to do things that I don't necessarily want to have to do, you know? And I guess that's what it's like. It's almost like a slice of a good life mixed in with an isekai, mixed in with a comedy and a fantasy novel all thrown together with a very unique spin on it. So I can definitely say it is definitely a top five anime for me. Top five manga, just because of the way the story goes. I mean, it has its moments where it's silly. You can get to it, but it's got some real serious moments too in there. You'd be like, oh, my goodness. So I can definitely say it's a fan favorite. I mean, it's definitely a favorite for mine. I hope we can get some more seasons out of it before it hits the end. But you know how, depending on how they go, if they gonna keep dragging us to that twelve episodes, they might try and get 15 seasons out of us as slow as they moving sometimes, so. And then the fillers. But I mean, overall, phenomenal anime. I think, you know, anybody, it's even a good starter anime. If you're not familiar with it, it's not too wild, not too crazy. Your kid can watch most of this for the most part. There's some things I would say they probably don't need to watch, but overall, pretty good. Pretty good anime, at least for me. So let me. Let me ask you this, mister conspiracy. Like, the important question is to you, what is it about this particular manga anime that you love the most? Like, what is the one thing that you can say, oh, man, this is why I can enjoy this.
[00:12:33] Speaker B: You know, it's unique for a lot of things. What you say, DLC, it is unique how the Isa Kai's when it comes to reincarnation, because he didn't come back op ed, right?
Also, he was not timid for long. He basically started understanding how the world worked. Now. Now he had to work through some things. But his development wasn't slow, but it wasn't too fast either. And it made sense on how he got his abilities, on how powerful he became and why he became so powerful. And they made it stickingly clear what his objectives and his goals were when it came to his enemies, how he wanted to live. Like you already pointed out, he wanted to live peacefully amongst monsters and humans. And one thing that is behind the scenes that we haven't actually brought up yet are the people who everyone doesn't really understand, who's actually pulling strings, which are the most deadliest of the races, which are not a race, but the most powerful beings, which are demon lords.
They are the top of the top. You might as well call them the council or the table. Now, the. The holy church of the humans have their own unique team that they really have not brought in the strong ones yet. Hinata is the only holy soldier that they have truly shown that can battle a demon lord. But she's actually not the strongest. There are a couple above her that they have not shown yet in the anime that you can find out about in the manga. And so they have characters that can go head to head with demon lord. I'll be honest with you, demon lords are not even the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the strongest. There's a whole other avenue. But I'm not gonna go too deep into the manga, you know, because a lot of people probably haven't read that or have done their research when it comes to that. So I'm not gonna go that deep into it. We're gonna stick to basically what's happening in the anime. Their storytelling is amazing. They develop each side character to where you love him. Like, for instance, one of my favorite characters is Gabor. He is a lizard man that kicked.
He tried to overthrow his clansmen, who. His father's the king lizard man. He tried to overthrow his father, failed in the end, and got saved by Rimuru from the lord, and then begged Rimuru, please, please let me be part of your village. And he let him be part of it. And the great thing about Gabor is that he has loyal followers. Things like five of them dudes, man, five living, man, no matter what. And when they get to shouting, God be rude, it's those developments of the side characters that they really develop, and they give key importance to. And the storytelling that they give to the side characters along with the main character, I think, really sets it apart.
[00:15:59] Speaker A: So I can definitely say my. My favorite thing. And to me, what is the storytelling is so good. Right. It's a. It's a blend of everything I said previously. And they do it well. Like, everybody doesn't develop characters well. Right. You know, in stories, not everybody does it really well, but they did a good job of giving you not too slow, like you said, not too fast. You know, the main character is cool, but we learned, like, one of my favorite characters is Benny Maru. You know, Benny Maru was hilarious to me, especially, like, the ongoing thing about she owns cooking, you know, like, and everybody, that's a great. It's great comedy, you know, for the show. So, I mean, that's one of my favorite things. But I gotta ask you, what is your favorite moment in the show? What is. What is your favorite moment?
[00:16:56] Speaker B: My favorite moment that I can watch. There's a lot of moments that I love.
My favorite moment is when they got away from the comedy and Rimuru had to go to the human army's military base because a lot of people don't know about Benhammer and his clan. Well, a lot of his clan got massacred. There was only, I think it was five of them left.
She owned soul, his little sister, and.
[00:17:35] Speaker A: Yeah. Shuna Robbie.
[00:17:38] Speaker B: Yeah.
[00:17:38] Speaker A: Yeah. Karabi, Xiong, Hakaru. So a and Bini mama. Yeah. Those are the only ones from that clan that's love.
[00:17:48] Speaker B: And so.
So when she own. Who is. Rimuru's basically his secretary.
She's been a secretary and his bodyguard since they showed up in the village, basically.
And at this point, the story has gone on for a while. So they've grown up like a really tight knit bond.
The. He was away and the humans attacked.
So what actually transpired was that Sheon and half the village was killed.
When he came back, he blamed himself. He went into such a despair, just. Just into a dark hole, and they barely was able to bring him out of it. And when he came back, he realized that, okay, I can no longer be Professor X and protect my people, because even though I used to be a human, I am a monster in this world, period.
Now he started to turn more into Magneto. It was almost like now he's wearing, like, two different faces. He doesn't want to get away from the face of Professor X, but it's like, I have to understand, though, that I am a monster and humans hate us. So there's going to be times I'm going to have to put people down. I'm going to have to draw that line. And he starts toting the line of Magneto, in my opinion, you know, saying that my race comes first, which now his race is monsters. And they attacked my home. They killed my people. They are not going to get away with this. When he went into that military base and he started dropping them, he started dropping soldiers like flies. No remorse, no nothing. He had on his little mask to hide his aura. And they thought they was bad. He was dropping them dudes like flies. And when the king came out, the king was trying to talk to him. And what he said, he said something basically let him know, hey, I'm the king and you're not going to treat me this way. He shot his arm off immediately. And then he told him, I don't think you understand the situation you in and who I am.
That moment set it all for me. Oh, they can do comedy. It's great when they do comedy. I love it. It's funny. But when they get real, oh, it gets really real, you know.
And for me, that right there set the tone moving forward of what they're going to basically do in the manga, in the anime, hopefully going forward because it gets more serious. Things get a lot more, you know, hardcore when it comes to the manga. But that right there set the tone saying that, hey, we're not going to pull punches. That's what I got from it. Right. We're not going to pull punches and we're going to give the audience what they want. That was my part right there.
[00:21:00] Speaker A: Oh, yeah. That. That moment is pretty unique because he goes from pacifist, like you said, and he realized, like, even a king gotta make bad choices sometimes that, you know, you, you might not want to do, but they forced his hand. But like I said, dude, it was a, that wasn't a fight. That wasn't a battle. That was a massacre. And that, that was, if he wasn't a monster, I would, I mean, I'd say that genocide. Because the unified he killed, I mean, to get and keep in mind, to save his friend, he had to kill 10,000 humans to pull, to pull that off. And he got to a point where the half that didn't die in the initial 1 minute of destruction, the rest of them perished because he got a new ability that they were. They had lost. They will to fight. So their souls got vanquished in that moment up to here. It was like, God, lee, I'm gonna tell you, that was a very pivotal moment, because, again, you're the kind of, I want to live peacefully, protagonist. And then you go, hold up. We didn't do nothing to y'all. What's causing this beef? And then when you find out it's all set up. They were all set up, and it had nothing to do with nothing. And he's like, oh, no, we got to go put them down. You know, whole army gone. Whole army and the king are gone. And then my favorite.
My favorite moment in that is when Hakura, Hakura and that one dude fight. Like, that one dude, like, oh, I'm better than you, old man. You know, because he can slow down.
He thought he was somebody super special.
I grew like, man, you're not special, dude.
[00:22:41] Speaker B: You're not.
[00:22:41] Speaker A: You know, and you have to see the fight. I don't. I mean, the only thing I'm gonna give away is it's like, you go, they do wish to use his powers differently, because he died a very slow, terrible death because of his powers, you know, I mean, and it was. It was crazy. Like, the fights were nuts. Like.
Like that whole. Like, that whole fight going in there. I mean, I like the fights with everybody else. Like, what Remaru did was. That was slaughter.
He just slaughtered those people. But the other people who were fighting, you know, I think one of my other favorite moments out of that battle is once he gets enough souls and he starts to shift back into a slime form, and then the demon shows up that he called, right? And the demon, he's like, yeah, when Diablo shows up, and he's like, listen, you know what? Go get the king. Go get this. There's somebody else here, you know, go pick them up or whatever. And the dude, you know, thinks, oh, man, I'm about to kill this demon, or whatever. And Diablo's like, you. You. He's like, no, sir, you not. You're not beating me. He said, you too young. He got an angel. He's like, hey, angel ain't gonna do nothing to me, man. It's like, it's nothing. And you find out I. This dude got one of the most powerful demons ever. You know, Diablo, you know, is one of, like. I mean, he's like a primordial demon. And, you know, this dude serves him, and he's happy to serve him, but, my God, the fight was just insane because it was like, dude, you're not even in the realm. Because I'm thinking, if this demon is serving him, like, how much more powerful is rimuru? Because Diablo is like, you know, we getting the biscuits in the tea out, and we about to go damage to some folks. And it was crazy. Like, that dude had been around because he's got a technique that allows him to transfer his soul into other people's bodies. And Diablo's like, man, you're not going nowhere, bro. Like, you're not. Like, there's nothing you can do against me. And that dude, he didn't understand it till he got to the end, and then the dude passed out after he realized who he was fighting, it was like, oh, my God, I. This is beyond what I'm gonna do. So there's a whole lot of, you know, lead ups, and there's a whole lot of moments I really love from that battle, because, like you said, it establishes a couple of things going forward. And I think that was really cool, man. But I definitely gotta ask you, what's your favorite fight scene? I know we can't talk about that, because that was a slaughter. So I wouldn't even call that a fight, but what's your actual favorite fight?
[00:25:09] Speaker B: Favorite fight? Uh.
Oh, man, that's a. That's a tough thing. I ain't gonna lie. You know what my favorite fight is? When.
Cause this wasn't really, like, a fight fight.
[00:25:27] Speaker A: Okay.
[00:25:28] Speaker B: When Gabor first came to the village and he wanted to challenge Rimmeru, I think it was she owned who actually pushed gobble toe.
And Fred said, no, no, it was Benny Hamaro. He pushed the front, said, you beat him, then we'll follow you. Gabriel said, oh, man, I'm a kill him. And next thing you know, he went. Try to strike him with his spear or his Triton.
Gabato came around because he has this. He has this shadow techniques, thanks to his wolf contract. So he goes into Gaboros. Shadow comes out from behind and drop kicks him right the back of the deck. All you see is Gabor go, oh.
And he falls down and passes out. That is my favorite fight. Just because of the comedy behind it.
[00:26:28] Speaker A: I can definitely say my favorite fight was when Rimuru fought the Orc lord.
[00:26:35] Speaker B: Okay, yeah, I see that.
[00:26:38] Speaker A: And at this point, to kind of sum it all up, the orcs basically were manipulated by Majin, who was manipulated by demon king. Well, not manipulated, but told by demon King to go out, basically, and find strong monsters, you know, basically, and give them names, because names give them power. So, you know, they go out, and the orcs ended up killing all of the Onis, or whatever you call their. Their people, that the only five were left. And then when they go fight them, you know, everything's all good, you know, until he starts eating his own people because of that devour thing to give him more power, whatever. Because he couldn't beat. He couldn't beat Rimuru. But what I loved about the fight was is that he let the sage. That's what it's called, sage. Before, it was Raphael the sage kick in and do the fighting for him. And they thought it was, like, cool sage going hard. And then it was like, oh, you know, rumor was, like, I figured this was gonna happen. And then it came down to devourer versus Predator, and he was like, you know, my, you know, we'll see if my predator devours you for it. Unfortunately for the Orc king, he didn't have a chance because that dude's predator was just eating his whole body. And every time he grabbed a piece of slime, it turned into acid and it was burning him, and it was nothing he could do. I mean, it was like you're fighting against fate. I mean, and the lead up to the fight, you got all these armies banging. You got the onis out here, you know? Cause they leveled up and they're massacring everybody. But that fight between him and the Orc lord was just, like, nuts, because even after he cut his head off, the dude was like, I came back on. Like, the only way he killed me is by devouring me, you know? So it was. That was one of my favorite fights. I mean, I can. I can honestly say that, like, throughout the series, I really. I really enjoyed that fight because it also lets you see the power of his predator. We knew his predator could do things because we knew it. You know, it could basically, like, we know what it did to Veldora, putting them in that parallel space. But to use predator like that to actually consume somebody where it wasn't like, I'm keeping you in a parallel space, I'm actually consuming you. You know what I mean? That was. That was pretty. That was pretty cool. Plus, I think as you go forward in the story, because of predator, who was that? The. The. It wasn't a demon or whatever who was in. She own the chick that she owned, but the one she had, that fire demon, that. That demon lord talking about.
[00:29:10] Speaker B: Shizuku?
[00:29:11] Speaker A: Yes.
[00:29:12] Speaker B: Shoes.
[00:29:12] Speaker A: She's ill free when he's stuck in his stomach, and he's like, what? And then he sees like, what you doing? Like, you ain't about to do nothing in here. He's like, hey, man, you gonna play this game with me? Because I'm bored. And dude, like, what? And he stuck in eternity with him playing this game.
[00:29:29] Speaker B: He hate.
[00:29:30] Speaker A: Like, it was funny, man. Bunch of. It was a bunch of comedy, but that was definitely my favorite fight.
[00:29:36] Speaker B: Give me 1 second, brother. Give me one moment.
[00:29:39] Speaker A: No, no, it's okay, mandy. It's all good. Thank God for.
[00:29:44] Speaker B: Go ahead, let the people know a few things, man. About to give me 1 second. I'll be. I'll be right back.
[00:29:49] Speaker A: Nah, it's all good now. Step out for a second anyway with my people. So I think there's a lot of other elements in here. I mean, we're giving you a general, very generalized story of the time. I got reincarnated as a slime, but it's. I think it's got. I think it's two seasons, maybe three at this point. So, you know, start off slow. I mean, you know, if you. If you like me, you just read the manga because you just like being ahead. But the anime, the voices, even the dub is good to me as well as the sub. Not always does that happen. But in this scenario, it actually ended up working out well for both of them. But it overall, like, I don't think you go wrong with the anime again, character developments there.
Rimuru at some point will become op, but it's not like he started out op to Mister Conspiracy's point. So, you know, over time he gets stronger and stronger. But to me that's how it should be, you know, not like a dragon Ball Z where no matter what they come up against, they gonna find a way to power up and go to a new level. It not necessarily this. Anytime Rimuru has gotten stronger, it's not because he wants to fight. It's always been because he's had to. You know, he's come under into a circumstance. I mean, with the time when she own was killed, he didn't want to become a demon lord. He didn't want to do that, but he was forced to do it to save the people in the village's life. So each time he's leveled up, and I think that's, to me, that's the biggest difference is if you look at something like Dragon Ball Z, wherever they're just battle. Goku's a battle. Him and Vegeta are battle junkies. So they're always looking for the next high to get to the next level. Versus Rimuru's trying to live a peaceful life. And every level up he's had to have was because circumstances forced him to do it. So I think that's something, you know, people could definitely get behind as him as a character.
And the other cool thing is, is not all the humans are crazy and terrible. I mean, don't get me wrong, I think, I mean, there's some terrible ones in there, but to mister conspiracy's point, there are a lot of characters that you haven't seen yet who are very powerful, you know, and if you ran into them in the beginning, you know, they wiped the floor with everybody. But, you know, the humans in this story, I mean, I'm not going to say they're not powerful, but they're not like op. And the other, one of the other things is you got so many races, like the dwarves, for instance, have their own kingdom, the doors have their own kingdom, you know, and they do businesses with humans. And I mean, Rimuru is probably the exception where they doing business with a monster. I mean, but again, there's a lot you can get from the story behind, like the relationships between humans, demons, the monsters, you know, because you got the goblin. I mean, so there is so much in this story that can be expanded. The manga gives you a bigger, a bigger picture of the whole world in general. But, I mean, there's so many places the story can go. And I mean, it's one of those anime you can just keep watching over and over again, at least in my opinion.
But for you folks in the comments, I mean, you can put, put a one if you think this is in your top ten list, you know, or even your top five list, you know, put a one out there and give me a zero if you don't think this show is even worth that much time, you know, I think we're waiting on the new season to drop.
I hope with everything that's going on, we'll get it sometime either in late 2024, early 2025, either way. But I think one of the other cool thing is, is when you get to meet the rest of the demon lords and you kind of see, like, who's really behind the strings, who's really pulling everything.
There's a lot you can gather from that as well. So.
And Veldora, when he actually gets out his prison. Yeah, it gets a little wild there, but for sure, I mean, it's a lot you can definitely get from the series. But now that my man missed the conspiracy back, I think it's time for us to move into one of my favorite parts of the show. You know what I'm saying?
Y'all didn't heard enough about the time I got reincarnated.
It's off. Fixed. Because.
[00:34:37] Speaker B: It'S time for anime Fist Cubs DLC. Who do we have lined up for today?
[00:34:47] Speaker A: Now, this is actually going to be kind of a continuation from the last week with Naruto characters. So actually, today's battle for anime fisticuffs is going to be from the Naruto world. We got Sasuke, Uchiha, and Neji.
How do you say his last name? I figured wedding last name actually is Yuga. Yuga. Yeah, you.
[00:35:14] Speaker B: You know.
[00:35:16] Speaker A: Now, for this, to make this battle actually fair, we're gonna use kid versions of them, not versions, because Neji, unfortunately, spoiler alert, he's dead even as an adult. And so we, if you've heard our previous shows, we said it was basically Deji got treated as cannon fodder, you know, when the war came, and they didn't use the character rights. So we weren't necessarily happy because I wanted to see what the. What the growth of Neji was going to be like, considering he has one of the three Daju Dajut Sull's of the eyes. He's got one of them, so.
[00:35:54] Speaker B: Correct.
[00:35:55] Speaker A: He's got the Byaku gun. So we've already seen with the updated version of the.
The shotting gun is. And we've seen the renting gun, but what we haven't seen is Biaci guns. So with that being said, mister conspiracy, I'm gonna go ahead and throw my hat in and say I got ninji for this fisticuffs. You sure? Okay, listen, I got nidgy for this fisticuffs. And so in the kid mode, which. So are we talking about after Sasuke gets that mark or we're talking about which, which. Because there's, even in kids, there's several levels to it. So. Which.
[00:36:37] Speaker B: So we're talking about those two. We're talking about those two when it comes to the trunni exam tournament. Okay, that one. Oh, yeah. We're talking about round that time. Yes. Okay, so wherever skate was at that times, what we're talking about.
[00:36:51] Speaker A: Okay, so at that point in time, he was training with Kakashi, trying to be able to imitate rock Lee speed to help him fight Gara. If we're talking right around at the Chunin exams. Yeah, so. And we'll say my character on this one is before the fight with Naruto, you know, or it can be after. It doesn't matter. I mean, we know he lost, but he lost for a reason though, so.
All right, now I'm going a since I called it first versus then you get the first round for you, sir. So you get the.
[00:37:26] Speaker B: What you talk about. I always get it first, man. No matter what happens, no matter who, who I get. But that's cool.
[00:37:32] Speaker A: That's cool.
[00:37:32] Speaker B: It's not a problem. Okay, so.
So for me, Sasuke, around this time, you already said was, you know, training with Kakashi. And so at this point, he did have the mark, but Kakashi had already put the seal on it to actually seal the mark that he got from for Mochi Maru. So we're not going to. We're not going to worry about the actual seal. But at this point in time, Kakashi taught him the chidari, which is a lightning strike which basically surrounds the hand, enlightening, makes it a blade for people who don't know, and it basically almost pierces through anything. And, and, and the speed of the attack is like lightning, basically.
So from that aspect, he is pretty strong amongst all the kids in the tuning exam. Practically almost everybody. My personal opinion, he is. And they actually say this during the anime, he's around the exact same speed as Rock Lee without the weights of around this time. So at that point, he already has the speed. Now I understand that right now, Neji is a master. And using his byakugan even at their ages, because he's. I think he's like a year or two older than the rest of them. Besides Rock Lee, I think him and Rock Lee about like a year or two older than it than everybody else. Neji is great at using his Byaku gun. I understand that he is great when it comes to their, their trigram palm striking technique. And then there's this thing that is called.
Basically it's.
It's the eight tricare and problems revolving heaven. What it is is that it is a. He basically moves around in a circular motion and it creates almost like a chakra barrier that can read pale chakra attacks. Right? So that is his, his wall of defense. It's not as good as Gars defense when it comes to the sand, his automatic defense, but it's up there as far as defense for me, Sasuke beats him and he doesn't even need his shiny gun for this. Number one, he wasn't that great at using it even though he could. He really wasn't that good at getting Jutsu at the time to me with the speed and his taijutsu ability, I think that he can actually, if he can lure Nagy into a hand to hand combat, I think he can beat him hand to hand if he can, if he galore, I think he could be him. Because you gotta remember, you gotta remember.
I know nature was good at hand to hand. Don't, don't, don't get me wrong, but Sasuke being, being trained the way he was by his brother, and you gotta remember, man, like that dude was, he was tough for his age. He was tough. I'm sorry. That fight he had against Rochimaru in the forest of death, I don't think Neji would have, would have came out unscathed like that, fighting, emotional. I think. I think, Ned, you would have got dealt with. I'll be, I'm just gonna be, I'm just gonna be honest. I think Naji would have got dealt with first round. I'm just gonna say this. If he can lure him into hand to hand, because to me, the only thing really that he is really that he would have to worry about is the revolving heaven, which is his defense move, which is both offense and defense. But I'll be honest with you, if he can get him just hand to hand with him, I really think that Taser could actually get.
[00:41:27] Speaker A: But I can't give you that man. General Fist. The problem, the problem you gonna run into is with gentle fist, is because he conceals he can seal chakra. And now keep in mind, the only thing, the only reason why Naruto came back is because he had to use the Ninetales chakra because Neji had sealed his chakra. And that's the thing about, like, you don't want to get into a close fight with me because of the very reason that you just named a byakugan. I can see the flow of chakra. So I can see a lot more. I can see better at this point than Sasuke can. Number two is I can seal his chakra as well. He doesn't have a chakra reserve like Naruto does. So if his chakra gets sealed, you're done. And Taijutsu, because let's talk about now, I grant you, he was taught by his brother and things like that. But you got to remember, Neji been a slave his whole life. He's the dog that want the bone and he want to be better because he's got to prove a point. So there's a level of arrogance like he's had to out train and outwork everything. For him was self taught. He didn't have no instructors. He didn't have none of that. And he became a prodigy, a prodigy that was so special that the main house ended up adopting him in from a branch family because he was more powerful than even the main branch members. So with that being said, if you get into a taijutsu fight with Neji, you're done. Because there's no counter for the gentle fist that Sasuke has at this point in time. Okay? And even if you could use genjitsu, okay, the Byaku gun can see through genjitsu as well, because it's a ijutsu as well, one of the three, so you wouldn't be able to use, I mean, even if I gave you that, you wouldn't be able to use that. And the fact that my taijutsu is better than yours, and even if you have the speed, here's the limitation of that. You're not like Rock Lee, where you got infinity, you know, stamina, where Rock Lee could just do that all day because he'd been training for years, versus Sasuke was training for maybe a month or so, you know, doing that. And the other thing is, you can't copy gentle fist either. Because even with your shiny gun, you can't copy my byaku gun. And that's where I would say that the disadvantage you have is, because your eye isn't fully developed. I can seal your Chakra, you can't seal mine, you can't copy that. You know, that ability, some of these abilities that I have. So that's why I say you're in a losing battle. And then on top of that, you can't penetrate the defense. Now, we all know about the blind spot in the 360, but is sasuke gonna know that, you know what I'm saying? In a fight, on that, on that 360 fight, are you gonna have enough time to figure out, and even if you could, he knows his own. We've seen that in the battle. I know my own weakness pretty well, you know? So that's why in round two, I'm gonna tell you, like, there's no way sasuke is winning a head to head fight with neji. The tuning exams, if they would have met, okay, they would have put, sasuke would have been depressed and more sad than he ever did, because he would have never met rock lee in the tournament to fight him, you, nature would have put him out. Net that. I'm sorry. Like, for all you people that know, round three, brother.
[00:44:42] Speaker B: Around two rounded to be here's the gist. Here's the gist of a brother.
They even said this in anime, right? In the anime. Here's the fact, okay. The reason why Rock Lee trained the way he trained was to be niche, because he knew the only way he could be naji was with speed, period. That was the only way he could beat ninji. And Rock Lee is a Tai jutsu master for his age. Granted, they also said Sasuke could match Brock Lee at the time. After he was done training with Kakashi and came back at the time, he could match Rock lead not just for speed, but Tai jutsu, fist for fist. Here's my thing. Do you, do you remember the.
The preliminary match with the sound, with the ninja from the sound village? From the sound ninja. The actual sound ninja from the rain village? That's Sasuke fault. This is when he realized because, like, like his abilities was what I was also actually sealed thanks to the sound ability of the sound engine. So what happened was that he used the speed, kicked him up in the air, and he used what he called, I think it was the. What's that move? The, like the lion cage or something like that. He comes down, kicks him right into the ground. Right? I'm be honest with you.
To me, the only thing Neji can actually do, in my opinion, to actually stop that from happening is literally the revolving heaven. I I mean, I'll just wait for you, you know, should just be done spinning because Neji doesn't have infinite chakra either. He doesn't have chakra reserve, anything like that. He. He actually tires out just like everybody else. He did it against Naruto. That's how Naruto beat him, you know, is because when he had the available chakra reserves, Neji ran out. That's what actually happened. Ned. You ran out of chakra reserve, and Naruto had plenty to spare because of the nine tails. Like you said, he had plenty to spare. That's how he beat him. Now, here's the problem, though. Naruto at that age sucked at everything. Besides having basically infinite energy, infinite chakra, that was literally, basically like he sucked at everything else. So for Nancy, okay, I get that he's a prodigy. You are 100% correct on that. Well, I'm not gonna call Sasuke a prodigy. I'm gonna call him, you know, a person who is bent on revenge and murder, but he won't, you know, and that's what he is basing all of his sight goals and getting stronger for. Right. So they both got, you know, really they both won't revenge. It's just that nature. Wrong. Revenge in a different way. You know him. It's not revenge to kill in the UA clan, right?
Sasuke's revenge is to kill, which is the killer's big brother. Like, that's his revenge. He wants to kill his big brother. And he. Honestly. True, the dude is schizo. Cause in reality, he wants to kill Naruto as well. Out of jealousy. But that's also his best friend. So he's. He's mentally unstable, right?
He is. Like he's mentally unstable.
[00:48:07] Speaker A: But you proven to me why you gonna lose though? Cause you mentally unstable.
[00:48:12] Speaker B: Hold on now. Here's what I was going with. I was going with BB because of the unstableness. And this was seen when he fought against Gar. Because of the unstableness. He has a tendency to forget that, hey, these are my allies. And he has a tendency to forget. And he, you know, he goes off the rails and he gets into the murder intent mode. Like the murder aura comes on and he goes overboard. And to me, I think that would happen with his fight with Nagy. That he really wouldn't care about hurting edge. He wouldn't pull any punches at all. And I don't think he would really care about. About fatally hurting him, in my opinion.
[00:48:58] Speaker A: I think it's cool you're talking about your door. But again, I'm gonna sell you chocolate. You're not going to be able to use your eyes. You're not going to be able to use either. If he can see, that's not. That's not an if, okay? If you go, first of all, you're not going to the one person you name who will fight him. He has no chakra. So it doesn't matter if you still give up rock Lee since he don't use chakra. Look, he's old natural talent. That's not what Sasuke is. He's old, natural, talented. So the moment your talent. I didn't say he didn't. But there's a difference between Rock Lee's natural talent and everybody else's. Because Rock Lee is. Nobody's better at Taijutsu there. Rock Lee or Mike guy or any of those guys, right?
[00:49:45] Speaker B: Because that was natural talent. Rock Lee actually was not natural talent. That was just training.
[00:49:51] Speaker A: Hey, listen, you gotta have something. You got to be some type of prodigy to be that good, okay? I don't care how training, you have to have some level of talent. But that's beside the point.
Lock your chakra up. You're done. Okay, but here's the thing. Now, you're right. I don't have infinity energy. But what I do have, okay, a. I have a defense that you got to get around. Two, if you come in close combat to me, okay, the chances of your chakra getting sick. You can't fight me at a distance. So you got to fight me up close on gentle fist. And gentle fist prioritizes. What does it do? Striking chakra points. So, your fight. I'm not fighting taijutsu, which I am, but mine's my gentle fist, right? That's what I specialize in. So, all I'm going to be doing is trying to seal your chakra. The moment you slip anything, go whatever wrong, and your chakra goes away. You go away. It's not rightly you. There's nothing to see. But he ain't got it. So it don't matter if you do that to him. I do that to Saskatchewan. You're done. It's game over. Because you use chakra in your attacks. Because even when he fought Zara, he was still using chakra to get around. You had to use chidori. You're not gonna be able to do any of that. You slip up once, it's over, no chakra. No. You gotta fight me regular. You not rock Lee. And so that's why I'm gonna tell you like, that's why I say you taking an l. I mean, I like Sasuke, don't get me wrong. And I think he's.
[00:51:18] Speaker B: Since you really don't have much more defense, Ryan. I didn't want to go here. Now I got to go here. Okay. You keep talking about gentle fist. I knew you were gonna go here. I knew you were gonna do this. So I had. I have some in the back pocket, man. I did. I ain't talked about it, really. Okay. At this point, Kakashi has actually taught him how to use his shiny guy. He's actually okay, but actually taught him how to use it now.
Because unlike when he did that little dual match versus Rock Lee, when Rock Lee met them for the first time, that was him not knowing how to use his shiny guy. He had just literally opened it, like a week beforehand. So that's nothing. He actually knows how to use it now. The whole gentle fist thing is all great. It's great when the person cannot read your movements. It is great. Shining guy type shining on. He has. It is great for reading movement. So for that situation right there, I like the whole gentle fist. But with his use of his shining eye, because he actually knows how to use it. Now he can see those movements coming.
And so because of that, it would be harder for him for actual Neji to seal him, to actually seal his actual chakra points. It'll be harder because of that. Now, granted, once again, that whole defense situation, okay, I like his.
I like the evolving, like the revolving heaven. I like it. I do, I like it. Don't get me wrong, I like it. Granted, the one thing that he will do, and he can actually attack far away because he's in the Chihuahua. What do they actually like to do? They are very specially taught in the element of fire, right. He knows how to use the actual fire juice. Who, he can make a little small balls, little fireballs. He could throw the whole flame. He did against motion Maru in the actual love force of death. So we know he knows how to actually do it. He does it to proficiency. That's what he will use. If you're talking about, you know, him doing the revolving heaven just to see if it can actually pierce through. Granted, I said pierce through. That's called testing out, right? To see what happens. So he would do a little tactic. He actually good as being as far as like a tactician when it comes to actually fighting, you know, within fighting, right? So to me, it's not a guarantee, man. So you're basing this off of Naji is going to just seal his chocolate points and Neji gonna beat him? That's what you basing this off, right?
[00:53:57] Speaker A: No, not at all. Not at all. Not at all.
[00:53:59] Speaker B: Okay.
[00:54:00] Speaker A: I simply was telling you that in order for you to. For you to win this fight, you've got to come in close to me, right? And I told you, every fight you're fighting with Taijutsu, he's fighting with general fist. I said that the moment you make a mistake, okay, any mistake, any slip up, right. You can see my movements, but guess what? My eye is more developed at this point, right? I've got 360 vision. You don't have 360 vision. All I'm simply telling you is the moment you make a mistake, you can't seal my chakra. But in my technique, one hit seals a chakra point in gentle fists. It don't have to be all 84 seals everything. So just every time you're fighting up close with me, I'm using gentle fist. I'm saying, who can fight without getting hit? Because let's keep. Let's be honest about that. He'd have to not get hit or I'd have to be out of chakra for him to win that fight. That's why I'm getting that. Like, you're going to have to say he doesn't get hit because I'm fighting with gentle fist the whole time. I can see how much chakra you got. You can see how much chakra I got. Only difference is, you can't seal my chakra, I can seal yours. So every hit, every blow, we going back and forth, back and forth. You gonna hit me? I'm gonna hit you. But my hits off a chakra point, your hits are just to be hit because it's tied.
[00:55:19] Speaker B: Juicer.
[00:55:20] Speaker A: You trying to put me down? I mean, I'm not saying you can't fight, but for somebody who fights up close, the reason why you need rock Lee speed to be able to, you'd have to be able to Vibe, and we get in and out and not get hit. That would be the whole purpose of that, that whole fight. But since, again, I'm not basing it on. I'm just saying, every time we fight, my whole life, what has he been trained to do? Fighting with gentle fist, which is a taijutsu style, up close and personal. So that's all I know how to do. I'm aiming for chakra points from jump. You are not aiming for chakra points. You are aiming to kill me. Yeah, I mean, you said it best. You will be trying to put me down, but the moment you slip up, I start hitting chakra points. Because if it's all long, we can just say, forget everything else. It just came into a straight battle of taijutsu at the very end. That's why I say you don't stand that shot. Because all he been doing is training to do one thing. Every time he fights an opponent, I'm trying to seal chocolate. That's. That's the joy of gentle fist. It's what my bianca gun allows me to do.
You don't have that. I mean, and that's why I say you can't.
There's a way you probably could win this fight, but in order to do so, like, you're gonna have to gamble everything to win that fight. You know what I'm saying? You have to gamble everything and be like, I'm gonna throw away nothing. I'm just gonna try and go in and do taijutsu, and I am gonna try and throw some of my chakra in there. I'm gonna try and hit you with some stuff that you just haven't seen before, and hopefully your defense. But I'm just telling you this fight is gonna come down to hand in hand combat. And in the hand in hand combat, you don't have the advantage. That's. That's all I'm saying. Every hit I have is gentle fist. Every hit you have is tai jitsu. So you can look at how you want. I hit your leg. I got a chakra point. I hit an arm chakra point. I see.
[00:57:05] Speaker B: That's the problem. That's the problem right there. Because you're aiming at a chakra point. You're aiming to seal my chakra. When I'm aiming to hit you. I am aiming to literally immobilize. I am aiming to injure and actually do damage. You are not. That's the whole point of gentle fist. Gentle fist is not to literally injure you. It is to seal the your chakra points. Now, you were talking about the trigram 64 fist. There's a whole different story. But, but the just the gentle fist to seal it does not.
I'm just saying. No, but, but that's what he would be aiming for in the beginning. That's what he behave is to seal me. And if. And once again I'm using my shining on. I am aiming to hurt you. You trying to seal me. Am aiming to hurt you once again. The only way he can even stop the chidori is doing the revolving heaven. And that is a gamble within itself. Because there's no guarantee revolving heaven actually will stop the chidori from actually piercing. There is no guarantee of that.
[00:58:11] Speaker A: Listen, but again, you're gambling that too, because basically saying you got the chakra to be able to even do you do it or even to keep your eyes open.
[00:58:24] Speaker B: Hey, he uses shining right out the gate. Right? Because he did it again. He did it against Gar. Because he understood that, hey, Gara's a threat. He knows Ned is a threat. He ain't stupid. He met him already in the hallway. He know nature threat. He said it himself. The person I got to worry about is nature. Like that dude, you know he that guy, right? He heard about him. He's that guy. Trust me. Shining gun. He does shadowy. And we gonna see what play out. He's going through the revolving heaven. Either I'm gonna take. I'm gonna take this gamble. Either it's gonna pierce through or I'm gonna take this ale, right. Of a lot of chocolate points being sealed up. You know.
[00:59:08] Speaker A: Like I. Like I said, man, the audience will have to call this man. Thought one in the air force. Neji, throw a two in there for Sasuke. Uchiha, you know, said your ones up, you know what I'm saying? For who? We'll let y'all decide, man. I'm like I say, I just said my piece. If you. I didn't even use you up saying the eight trigon 65. I didn't use that because I didn't think it's necessary in this fight. But even if you did, and I had to bring that out, he we talking to about a dead man, in my opinion, but.
[00:59:36] Speaker B: Oh, my goodness.
[00:59:38] Speaker A: Mandy. That's me.
Hey, listen, hey, listen. You got to say your piece. That's all I got to say. It's time to go to a different subject, man. I said, okay, you said your piece. I said my piece, and we're going to move on to what's hot, what's not. You'll say, since you trying to get hype, it ain't that time. Just calm it down. Let the audience decide. Bring yourself back. Enjoy your bathrobe. Put your tearful hat on.
Call it what you want. Anyway, mister Conspiracy, where your tinfoil had it? How about you put that on and we move on to the next section of this show?
[01:00:11] Speaker B: You ain't bought me one yet, man.
[01:00:13] Speaker A: You ain't.
[01:00:13] Speaker B: You ain't bought it for me yet? So, you know, I want to know if I customized.
[01:00:18] Speaker A: We'll go in my kitchen, get some tinfoil, and I'll draw on it. Say, mister conspiracy, make it into a hat, I'll send it to you. That count?
[01:00:27] Speaker B: I don't know, man. I got. I gotta get a little bit more color on it first, man. I need some. I need some more color on it. Pain in the song.
[01:00:34] Speaker A: Anyway, moving on, sir. Anyway, I'm moving on past that. Nice. What's hot, what's not. I'm gonna go first. You complaining about going first these days? I don't want you. No complaints from the yo, said the man in the bathrobe, trying to give him a chance. I might go. Anyway, so my, my, what's hot was not.
What's hot is a night with a time limit.
So this is a map. So this is a manga. This dude gets. He gets Isekai into a world where basically, he basically, the God of war basically has given him a blessing. But the problem is, is he have to kill people in order to live. He has to devour souls. I mean, he's almost like, literally a soul. Like, what do you call them in bleach? Soul soul eaters or. Soul. Yeah, basically, that's what he is. And because he's got. If he doesn't kill, his time to live is drastically shortened. And depending on the person he kills, depends on how much time he gets. He gets more time for killing beasts, but in the beginning, he doesn't know that. So he's trying to fight to survive. But here's the thing, though. If he's overpowered, he can use the time that he has gotten from these soldiers to amplify his power. But then he eats up his own time. So he's constantly in a state where he has to kill people. And so he, I mean, basically. So, so he's, he's got a reputation as, you know, a hard dude. Like, they know who he is because, like, he didn't kill so many people on the battlefield. Like, he's got a name. So that's my what's hot now. My what's not is manga called Isekai craft.
And so I gave it a shot. And basically, as the title say, he get Isaacade into a world, but he has the ability to basically craft items to make his life simple.
And it's pretty stupid to me because you can do, you can create basic stuff like, oh, I need a lamp because you guys don't have electricity. So now we got light. And I mean, it's like, can he be rich? Sure. But can if somebody come fight him? He can't. All his stuff is to build a comfortable life. It's not your typical, oh, look. Look at what I can do. I'm a chemist now. I can make gold or do something special. He's just worried about living at his house, having this easy life. He ain't trying to do the stuff that you're doing. So I was really let down by the manga. So I would say that's my what's hot, what's not. What you got for me, mister conspiracy?
[01:03:20] Speaker B: What's nice?
I don't have much because the one that I was thinking about, sands gonna cause a lot of controversy. So I'm gonna say that one for later to me, dragon Ball supers, you know, was what's not. But I'm gonna say that one for later for everybody else.
I'm not going into detail, though. I'm not going into detail, you know.
[01:03:46] Speaker A: You scared they gonna come cancel you?
[01:03:48] Speaker B: Cause you think, yeah, but they gonna come from, they coming from in the comments, man, I can hear them. Man, I can hear them already coming from, you know, season two coming out, by the way. But, man, they coming for me already. But I can hear them.
What's high is a manga is called tutorials too hard.
So it is about this main character who is a pro gamer. He wanted to be there his entire life. His family actually shunned oh, him away because they wanted him to be something more. They said he couldn't make a living being a pro gamer. Well, he actually became a programmer. He was rated number one for quite some time. And then he finally lost that spot to a newbie. So he was depressed and he was like, I don't want, I don't want be a pro gamer anymore. So the world basically, I want to say, went into chaos. But a lot of gamers got trapped into this game.
But it wasn't like sword art online where everybody was like, oh man, we can't get out of here unless we beat the game.
The whole situation was that everyone in the world did not get, you know, trapped and, right, there was people outside of the world who were still living properly. And it turns out though, that the people inside of the game, when they realized, okay, this is a game, we can basically play this like an rpg, right? And then they got quests, they get to go to dungeons, they get to clear these levels, for instance.
Well, the reason why it's called tutorials too hard is because when you first enter this game, it asks you what level do you want to be? You have the beginner normal, you know, hard. And it's, you know, really hard. I like the actual difficulty level. Well, he chooses the hardest level.
[01:05:47] Speaker A: Like he'll. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
[01:05:50] Speaker B: Well, so he's one of the very few people that actually pick this difficulty. He picks it and then realizes, oh, this is way harder than what it's supposed to be.
And he realizes that, okay, you can die in this, in this game. And then he should have picked a better difficulty, like a sweet, like a lower difficulty. So you can actually die in this game. If you die in the game, you can die in real life. But what makes this manga is so special to me is that while they are trying to, you know, play the game, not so much to actually clear it, in order for one person to get out the game, they have to clear all 100 levels of their difficulty. They can't go to another difficulty. But even if one person clears it, there's that person gets out the game. Everyone else has to clear it by themselves in order to get out the game. Okay, so one person beat the game doesn't get everybody out the game. You have to actually beat your difficulty level, all 100 levels before for you yourself to get out the game. The crazy part though, is that unlike sword art online, the real world has actually went into chaos. These portals are actually opening up and monsters are getting into the real world, destroying the world. And the only thing that can hold these monsters back are players that are stuck in this game. So they're basically going through a tutorial to train them to fight these monsters in the real world. The problem is, is that the, the players are actually able to get live information from the real world. That's how they know what was going on. The problem is that it's not as easy as they think to clear all of the levels. But depending on your, your difficulty level that you chose will determine how prepared you will actually be. Could. Just because you clear them quickly don't mean you'll be able to actually be of any help when you clear the game because you may not have actually gotten the right equipment, the right abilities, you may not have really learned how to use your abilities or really level it up properly going through your difficulty level. So the main character, beep beep because he is a pro gamer and he's taking his time to truly become the strongest, he is now understanding that he is the only hope of the human race. And I haven't got to where he got out yet, but I'm still reading it. It's hot.
[01:08:31] Speaker A: I love it.
[01:08:32] Speaker B: So tutorial is too hard. I recommend that for anybody.
[01:08:37] Speaker A: It's a great manga, man. It should be on your list, but something you should be reading anybody. Well, you know, saying, well, you guys know what time it is. I think everybody knows at this point. You know, we're the end of the show. You know, instead of me saying like subscribe and comment, I said they didn't get it. So we're going to use this to say something else. Listen, YouTube algorithm loves it when you guys link us to all kinds of other media. So please continue to do that. Keep supporting us. Don't cost you nothing to like and subscribe and, and eventually we will have that shop open for y'all to buy some stuff because we know y'all want to be DLC fans, not mister conspiracy fans at the end of the day. [01:09:23] Speaker B: First of all, they gonna like my stuff better because it's gonna have the Tim for hat and all that stuff. It's gonna have bathrobes they can buy that's gonna say mister conspiracy on there, man. It's going to be legit.
[01:09:40] Speaker A: Yeah.
[01:09:41] Speaker B: Bam, baby.
[01:09:43] Speaker A: Mr. Conspiracy, we out booze.
